Terms of Service

Last updated: [Effective date]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Contractor Wealth website, the Contractor Wealth Scorecard, the Contractor Wealth Playbook, the Intensive cohort application and program, and any other content, products, or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Education only — not legal, tax, or investment advice

Contractor Wealth is an education brand. Everything we publish, teach, score, or discuss is general educational information. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, insurance agency, brokerage, registered investment adviser, or family office. We do not draft or review documents, give legal opinions, file tax returns, sell insurance, manage money, or provide investment recommendations. You should consult your own licensed professionals before acting on anything you learn here.

2. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship

Nothing on this site, in the Scorecard, in the Playbook, or in the Intensive creates an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and Contractor Wealth or any individual associated with it.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you take the Scorecard, buy the Contractor Wealth Playbook, or apply for the Intensive. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

4. Payments and access

The Contractor Wealth Playbook is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown at checkout. Intensive tuition is a one-time or deposit-plus-balance payment as described on the Intensive page and in the refund policy. Payments are processed by a third-party payments provider.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, materials, frameworks, and curriculum are owned by [Business legal name] and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own internal business purposes after purchase or while you are an enrolled participant. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our content for others without written permission.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe on anyone's rights, distribute malware, scrape our content, harass our team, participants, or customers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Business legal name] and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in [State/Country].
